I never thought in a million years that I would go on a girls trip with my BFF of 25+ years ever….

Let alone. This year.

Not to mention I only bought my flight 3 weeks before 😆

And guess what - it was all okay.

Even better than okay, everyone had a great time and my kids are asking me to get them more Sanrio “the next time you go to Japan”

This was big for me. I stopped putting everyone else first.

I chose myself.

I chose to do something JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO.

Not because I had to, or needed to…..

Because I WANTED TO….. 😭❤️

The way you see yourself and treat yourself matters. It’s the way everyone else will see you and treat you. So cherish yourself ❤️

If you don’t even know what you want or WHY you want it.

It dawned on me yesterday, people are often chasing financial success for may reasons- to not work? To not worry about money? To buy all the luxury items?

But for me, it would be about spending my time how I WANT to spend it.

Get clear on what “success” looks like for you.

When my kid got an invitation to a play date to check out the new gudatama cafe on a Wednesday…..it was nice that I could say yes.

And I realized THIS is why building wealth or financial “success” is important to me…

to be able to take the time and spend it with my kid, randomly mid-week, making those ✨core ✨memories 🥹
